Fully grown, but with a short stature he inherited from his Mother. He's a hybrid born from an Air Raveeness and a Nameizu, and he's got the tech-armoured wings that are unique to the Nameizu. Like a pure Nameizu he can shift his wings into a fully flight-capable size when he has need to fly, but otherwise, they remain compact and out of the way.
He grew up in The Valleys, but near the location of the Unknown Territories and Teczra District. When he was very young he was discovered to have a very keen mind, able to learn and pick up new skills like they were easy. He became interested in finding out how things worked - especially anything tech oriented - and would often take things apart and try to put them back together with upgrades or repairs to make them run better. It caught the eye of the Judicators, who swept him up as an apprentice when he was still just a teen.
At the District he was moved into the Robotics Division because of his superior craftsmanship with tech, but he never really enjoyed the experiments they focused on - working on living experiments was not something he wanted to do (he didn't like hurting the Robotic Kats for study, even if he itched to improve their robotics). He would do side projects to improve tech repairs, seeking to create robotic prosthetic and other things that could improve someone's quality of life.
His unwillingness to experiment on the living often gained disdain from his fellow Judicators, but he kept to his own side of morality and stayed true to himself instead of putting his advancement first. It was through his work created prosthetic wings that he gained the attention of head Judicator Needles, and was offered the chance to run his own Branch Division - leading his own crew, gaining access to a private workshop for him and them, and the ability to work without other Judicators forcing him to do anything he didn't want to do.
