Powers: Soul-reading, True Sight (can see through illusions/lies), Aura Sight, Cryomancy, Hydromancy, Storm Creation and Manipulation, Immunity to Ice/Cold, Immunity to Electricity/Lightning, Perfect Nightvision.
A Moon Bameizu who has been touched by a Storm Spirit, she carries colours and traits that aren't otherwise found on Bameizu; the lightning-marked wings, and storm clouds that cling to her tail. Ever since she was young she's felt a calling towards storms, especially rain storms. Whenever they would happen she would stop what she was doing, and just enjoy the sounds and feel of the rain around her. She never feels cold from the rain, and finds the presence of storms to be soothing (and not scary at all).
As a Bameizu she can grow her wings to fully flight-capable size when she has need to fly. Her front claws are made of Spirit Essence, and can cause soul-damage to those she strikes.
